Main Street,  Orton on the Hill

The project included the site separation works and creation of a new build four bedroom house within the rural village of Orton on The Hill.

Working closely with the client , Mathurst were involved in the planning , design and project management of the new build house.

High Street, Reigate 

Following a due diligence inspection of a former high street bank, we worked with the client  and project managed the works to create a ground floor retail unit and 2no. three bedroom apartments to the floors above. 

Services covered include due diligence, party walls, design and specification, contract administration and project management.

Four Oaks Estate, Sutton Coldfield

This project included the demolition and remodel of the existing conservatory, plus a new build garage to an exclusive house on the Four Oaks Estate, Sutton Coldfield.

Services include construction management, contract administration and principle designer.

The project includes a two storey extension and creation of a basement swimming pool and gym to an exclusive house on the Four Oaks Estate, Sutton Coldfield.

Services include construction management, contract administration and principle designer.

Stoke Athletic Club

For this project Mathurst Ltd acted as project manager for the refurbishment of the WCs and Changing Room facilities at Northwood Stadium in Stoke on Trent.

The results have transformed the facilities for the athletes.
